Please, I'm freaking out. What's this all about,

Whenever I try to sleep, like now when I'm 2 hours away from 24 hours of being awake (and I got 3 hours of sleep last time) I see disturbing images of bugs, or faces of demons, or people's limbs getting twisted up in machinery and stuff. I haven't been watching a lot of voilent shows or playing terribly voilent video games or anything. (Skyrim wud be the worst) also I've had two dreams where I'm somehow involved in killing someone, one was where I beat someone up till they shot themself and the other was me stepping on an elderly man and killing him. They are very vivid too and terrify me. I looking for any help or if anyone has ever had a situation like this before I would love some type of condolense or something.

Sorry if this was all over the place but I haven't slept in a while.

And if so where are they most prevelant?

So I've been taking melatonin for about a year to a year and a half and I'm 16 tomorrow and maybe about 130 pounds. I can't get to sleep without and just realized I can't produce it naturally anymore. I've been taking 40 mg's now witch is the limit on what I should take. I only had 10 mg's left tonight and don't see any way to get to sleep at all even being sick all day. How long will it take until I start producing it again and should I ween myself off or quit it all at once.

I want to start doing high exhales, I can do inhales but those are worthless. When I try I usually just hit somewhere where my voice just stops and nothing comes out. Any excersises or tips I could use?

There are so many and I want the one that is updated the most frequently and that tells us everything thats going on.

Anyway I can get into it or retiree the code?

I'm not trying to be a whiny kid on this site but I guess I am now. At the start of this year I had the best friends ever and I was the happiest I ever was for a very long time. Then some legal stuff happened and I'm on lockdown at home and I can only hang out at my house wich none of my frinends can do cus they live far away. I've slowly lost all my friends cus I stopped hanging out with them every day. My dad wants me home so I don't get in any more trouble and is going 1982 on my as$. So I'm officially a loner. I don't know how to deal with it and I dont expect any answer that will completley help me but I just want to know anything to do to occupy my time for a year, I've gotten so depressed and iwas so happy before. Ive considered running away at times and am planning on a way to do it. I can feel my angry self that got me expelled a couple years ago come back and it's because of this. I'm a 15 year old boy and talking to my dad won't work. I need some type of way to keep my $hit together before I do something stupid. Idk If I rambled or not but any words of adipvice or welcome.

Also what year did you make this decision?

I'm in a pretty tight spot and would love to see if anyone else can relate. It can be legal situations or maybe messing with the wrong people... Or both wich is kind of what mine is.

Sorry if this is vague but I remember some key scenes. It's the one where guy kills his partner ( I think it's his partner in crime or whatever ) and then puts him in a wood chipper and later gets shot by a female cop and it's all in the snow... And I think there is a shoot out in a parking garage or something.

I don't know if I perceive reality and time like others do. I forget small things sometimes. I don't see people or hear voices but I twich sometimes and I have a lot of ticks, partially from my adderal. Is there any test I can take to see if I perceive everything like everyone else does? I feel alone and feel like nobody sees things like I do.. And it sucks.

Im a dude and I have a big on right where it's visible. Any advice?

So my friend likes this girl a lot see? But she likes me a lot. I was talking to him about it one night when he was blacked out drunk, and I can't emphasize that enough.. Really drunk, and he started crying about her not liking him and I was talking to him. It was in this dark room and so nobody could see anything so she started spooning with me and making out. I felt super bad and I told him I wouldn't do anything with her if he didn't want me to earlier today but he said that it's cool and that he didn't like her that much and gave me a ' bro-code pass. ' so we hung all of us today and she started getting affectionate and everything around him. He texted me saying to not do that so I backed up. However, later that day our friend ( the one who likes me and my friend likes ) started getting told off by this other girl and was being physically threatened so I went up and got her behind me and she started holding my hand wich I hope my friend saw as acceptable. But later we were all hanging out and somehow, don't ask me how it happened, we started getting sexual under this blanket with everyone else around but we meant for it to be discreet. Our other friend pointed it out and more and more tension started building. He says we are cool right now but I feel really bad.

So I want to do something for him, I was thinking about carving his name in my thigh or something, it would be temporary but it would show our friendship. Idk anything else to do but I have to be able to do it by tmrw.
