I am a 40 year old woman but people think i'm in my late 20's. I am having a hard time with a style of dressing because i don't want to look like my 13 year old but i don't want to look like my mother... I am a size 6 so even tho i can shop in the junior section I don't like to because i feel like i'll look like I'm trying to look like a teenager but the women's section is so not my taste.... ughgghghg.. i don't know what to do. Its soooo frustrating.

Am I crazy because I don't like that my husband wants to come into the bathroom while i'm on the toilet? Its nasty. But he does it to be funny and it pisses me off. I feel like its an invasion of privacy. Jeeez can't a pee in peace?

My tenant is avoiding my texts and phone calls because she has not paid her rent. Can I tell her to move out by the 1st of July is she doesn't pay the rent for June?

My husband and I have been trying to purchase a home since February. Everything that they have asked us was submitted last week. If they were going to deny the loan who would tell us. I'm not sure why its taking so long if they are going to approve it? This has been the worst experience ever....

my husband and i are trying to purchase a home. Its been the worst experience I have ever had. We are waiting for a clear to close. In April they asked for my bank statements if we don't close by the end of the month will they have to re-verify everything? We originally started the process in February.

My husband and i have been going thru the loan process for 3 months now. They keep telling us we are going to get a clear to close. Then lender takes 4 days to come back and ask for something else we provide and they take another 4 days and so on and so on. We are tired of all of this BS either clear it or deny it...... Should we walk away at this point???

Its getting ridiculous!!! My husband I are trying to purchase a home and the lender keeps coming back with more conditions we meet them and they come back with more... things like Letters of explanations for stuff i've already explained. OMG how long does it take to get a Clear to close???

My husband and i are purchasing a home. We got an approval w/ conditions, part of the issue was the appraisal which came back today and its ok. All of the other conditions have been met, how long will it take for underwriting to give us an official clear to close?

my husband and i are close to getting a clear to close on a purchase.. last month i paid my mortgage (on my rental property) online but it didn't go thru when i realized it i made the payment but i was charged a late fee. Could we get denied for the new loan. The payment was not over 30 days late.
