I've recently heard about intermittent fasting by watch the Hodge Twins on Youtube.

You go about 16 hours without food and carbs and calories..

Basically you just drink diet drinks and water all day.

Then in your 8 hour window you eat all the calories you need to consume stretched over the entire 8 hours.

Then you go back into the 16 hour fasting

rinse and repeat.

(Note)

not everyone has a 8 hour eating window, some do 18 to 20 hours fasting

and 6 to 4 hours eating/consuming necessary calories.

I weigh about 260 pounds

and in the next 1 to 3 years I'd like to lose 60 pounds.

Would intermittent fasting be beneficial for me?

I know you're going to say check with your doctor first..

I will once I find out the truth about intermittent fasting by you guys.

I don't believe monkeys existed before the impact of the Chicxulub crater.

Can you guys give me some good tips for going back to school?

I dropped out of school about 4 years ago now.

I was never doing good in school.

So I decided to drop out and look after my great grandmother.

She has had her house broken into a few times.

I'm scared that if I leave her she'd get robbed.

I have respect in town, But it doesn't have a great pull..

I'd love to go back to school, Forget about the possible wrongs that can happen at home....

Sometimes when I'm sitting in a spot for awhile and I stand up my left or right testicle starts to hurt.

What is that from? Is it just from sitting for too long?

Also, When I play with my testicles I kind of ravel them up.. Twisting could be a factor.

Doctors say just by walking or something that'll help unravel them.

But the whole "Getting up and my Testy hurts" thing is bothering...
