In law-mom & father and a friend all went in share to buy a home! all three names are on the deed! In the mix of all this the friend had to go bankruptacy ! Mom and dad homesteaded the place so the creditors do not put a lien on the home! still the home is not fully paid for ! The dad dies and the will states mom gets all his interest of property, Does the friend still have rights to the property? Todate the friend just pays rent and has since they lived together!

mom and step dad and roomate bought home, since that time roommate. went backruptacy mom and dad decided to put home in homestead. roommate did not list owning home. since than dad died. in the will saids mom gets all assets what happens now

ok,, now that you heard that part the mom favor's the son over me just abt every time..... his other dad got him 2 cars prior to my t-bird,,, and I thought the kid grew up and learned,, boy was i fooled again and again,,,, the wife indeed knew his actions than and now so really their is'nt any excuse for his actions.... I want to tell him to go find another place to live or better yet I think it's better for me to just chauk it up for monies lost ,,, and trust me it's very hard to just let it go after i just paid off the t-bird 11 thousand with interest.... the wife is disablied !she had to retire earlly.... she drinks alot and it's so hard for me to sit there and allowing her to phyically and mentally abuse me cause i won't ever hit a women thats a no,,,,no,,,, I am a very good guy and i am totally stressed out cause the son has gone over board and the mom will forever protect him saying thats your son thou...... oh this really pisses me totally off and it's so hard to for get ..

I drove my t-bird to washington, I got a trucking job,,so the car was sitting anyways, so i decided to sell it to my son he paid 350 dollars and i allowed him to make payments of 100 dollars until it's paid of which i wanted one thousand dollars for it and yes i just put a rebuilt engine in it prior in calif,,,, so 2 weeks went by and he called me and said the engine blew up,, i said still your responsable to pay up and he has'nt since and gets angry cause i bring it up thats been 2 1/2 years ago... forgiving him and all,,,, i moved to montana and bought a truck 4 wheel drive and he wanted to borrow the truck and sure enough he burned up the 1st. and second gear and clutch,, he claims all he done was just drive it down the road and did'nt have those gears,,,, so what should i do abt all this make him pay all of it or 1/2 of it.. or straight up kick him out or get out of the marrage i am in, cause the mom is just sayingjust let him pay 1/2?????
