Ok so i am going to court soon as a witness in a jury trial. First of all i was in an altercation with another male where i was selling weed to him but the kid ended up trying to rob me for my weed and i did know this kid before this so i was trying to get him to just give it back or give me the money and he wouldn't do either so next thing i know me and my friend are fighting him (my friend tried to help me because it was a big kid we didn't jump him) so at the end of the fight me and my friend end up getting stabbed me 2 times in the lung and end up in the hospital for 8 days and now i have to go to court and testify against this kid and if i go to testify and they ask me questions i will incriminate myself can i plead the fifth here, and can the court use this against me in another court case as basically i'm saying i did commit a crime or is it protected because it is in our constitution as the bill of rights the fifth amendment?
