my fiance is 24 and gets a disability check every month. his mom is his guardian but he lives on his own. he just recently signed himself into the hospital for a psych evaluation and is still there. he hasn't been moved to another facility but his mom is wanting to put him in a group home for the rest of his life. He is fully capable of taking care of himself and he has his own apartment, pays his own bills and everything. I was wondering since we are engaged, can we still get married and would that make me his guardian to were he can get his money in his name (i forgot to say that both his name AND his moms name is on the checks he recieves). i really love him and i want to marry him. all we have to do is wait for him to be discharged and go to the courthouse and get married. i was also wondering if since HE signed HIMSELF in, can HE signed himself out?

i really want to get an industrial piercing..i have my nostril done and i was wondering how much of a difference the pain is...cuz i didnt think the nose hurt at all. thanks
