A good friend of mine who is a professor (I am working in his lab) recently began hitting on me. I was okay with it, because I expect it is natural in a relationship where two people become good friends, for one of them to sometimes develop feelings for the other, and I would expect him to be mature enough to not act on those feelings.

But then I heard from another student, that he had made her uncomfortable multiple times hitting on her, and that she knows of other students he has slept with!

I was very disturbed by this, and still feel hurt that he might have attempted to use me in that way. But since he was a good friend of mine, and I still respect his work, I am very interested in psychological theory as to why older men become promiscuous with younger women, with no intention to settle down with someone their own age.

I know about the evolutionary theory behind it, involved in mate selection, but it doesn't seem to fit in this situation when it goes so much against social and ethical norms.

I have tried many key words on the psychology database at my school looking for relevant research or theory and came up with nothing! Please help if you know anything on the subject.

Is it normal to last for 30 minutes your first time, and around 45 every time since if you and your girlfriend have only done it 6 times?

Does this mean you are not properly turned on by the woman?

Do you have some sort of physical issue?

How long did you last the first few times?

Have you ever had trouble getting up for a girl?

Lets say you two are both in the mood, you are 19 years old, in a steady relationship, you have properly "preheated the oven" and then you have trouble getting and keeping it up.

After sleeping together, lets say six times, you have only finished twice.

Does this mean you are not attracted to her? Is there anything she can do to help?

My boyfriend is coming to visit me next weekend, and I wanted the sex to be really good for him. So, guys, what do you like?

I begged her to stay a while at my house. She stayed a week and she said that the whole time I was really mean to my mom. Thats just how my mom and I are with each other, it wasn't meant maliciously at all... She also said I was no fun because I was always on the computer. And I admit, I was on towards the end of the week because I got so used to having her there I just fell into old routines I guess. But I also took her to a nearby island, bike riding, to the beach, a water-park and to the mall a few times... So now she is pissed at me and going to tell my Aunt that I am a crazy computer-addicted *****. How should I handle this without blowing up at her and yelling at her? And get her to realize that she is nuts...

My boyfriend and I have been a thing for over three months now. He took me to my formal, bought me a necklace from Hawaii and he told me he loved me two weeks in. We lost our virginity to each other about a month ago. Last week I was visiting near where he lives (we are long distance over the summer) and he was supposed to meet me in the city to hang out. After my Aunt dropped me off he called and canceled to reschedule for 12 hours later so I waited around for him and then could barely tell him anything was wrong later that night and even slept with him twice!

That was a week ago. He did not call me for five days and when I texted him with "are u still alive?" He called back later and left a message saying he had to go to work but would call me later that night. He did not call back, it has been two days since he said he would.

He is a good guy, and really nice to his family, and me when we are together. He is very loyal and kind but I am afraid that he is using me for sex.
