I attain a Windows 7 "Satelite" from Toshiba. My speakers were working properly, until I stepped on the laptop on accident. I do not know exactly on what I stepped on, but I think I stepped on the buttons near the mouse and it did this extreme loud noise that would not go away so I shut off my laptop and even as it was shutting off, the noise didn't stop. I turned it back on, and the volume on my speakers were muted and I pressed on the icon and the troubleshooter could not identify the problem, either. The next day, my laptop's speakers were working again, but once I shut if off, the next day it won't work again. How can I fix this?
