Just wondering. Saw two americans on the bus into canterbury today and they were talking about things that to me dont mean anything cos i see them in everyday life.

Also, other than London - what English cities can you name?

Im travelling to London by train on Monday October 5th. I want to go as early as possible but offpeak (cos its cheaper).

Am i right in thinking that if your travelling to london you can get any train 'offpeak' as long as it arrives after 10am?

I love to go swimming at my local gym, but obviously its the only form of exercise in which i cant measure how many calories im burning.

Anybody have any clue whatsoever?
