I'm a fourteen year old girl. I get a lot of mood swings..

Sometimes I can be really depressed, days at a time (Not necessarily 24 hours that day, but most of the day). I get suicidal thoughts and thoughts of self harm.. (I would never kill myself, but I have harmed myself in the past, due to other personal reasons). The feeling of depression seems to be caused by nothing in specific, then I start thinking of loads of negative things and it gets worse.. I can seem quiet and withdrawn..

At other times, I can be extremely happy, hyper and excitable. Any little thing makes me happy and bubly. I become very talkative and outgoing. Some friends have stated that they think I act high or drunk when I'm like this, and they prefer me in this mood.. but when I look back on it, sometimes I personally think I would be hard to handle and get on peoples nerves.. my friends assure me this is not the case though.

And then I can get angry very easily sometimes. Any little thing aggitates me. I get really angry, but also burst into tears..

Then sometimes I'm just normal.

What could be causing such severe moodswings? They can change every few days, or in a matter of hours I can change between the three.. I know I must sound crazy or weird to a lot of you.. I'm just wondering what the cause could be, and what can help..

My best friend and I have a crush on the same guy. I became friends with him in October last year, and introduced my other friend to him, but online. My friend is too shy to speak to him in person.

My crush and I hang out every Friday with four other guys and another girl. when I was cold he offered me his coat, whereas when the other girl complained previously, he didnt. He offered out his hand to me when we were climbing a wall or crossing a road, and he saved me from a speeding car claiming to be "saving his coat" that I was wearing.

As an excuse to hug, we often awkwardly proclaim "BRO HUG!" hug eachother, then I feel the need to bro hug everyone .-.

We are all only fourteen (fifteen this year), so it's likely we are all just confused about our feelings. I don't know..

I had a crush on my old friend for about a year, but he had a girlfriend. I stopped liking him, but now recently they broke up. I'm afraid I'll start liking him again as I find myself thinking of him more often now.. Most of my friends thought he liked me, despite him having a girlfriend for eight months.

Dan and I have been in the same school for three years, but had never spoken, until three weeks ago.

One of his friends asked if I liked anime on Facebook, then created a group chat with him, and two other friends. Since then, Dan and I have spoken everyday online. We have nicknames for eachother:3

Just over the past week have we started hanging out in school. He approached me. Then, this weekend I spent the day with him and two of his friends (I was the only girl). Since I think I like him, I was quite awkward and shy at times..

I don't know what to do? I've probably rambled on too much and added a lot of unnecessary details.. if there's anything you'd like to know that you think might help, please state in your answers.

My guy friend knows I like him, but doesn't know I know, but he has a girlfriend. I'm friends with her too.. they both know. I'll call them Peter and Mary.

My friend, let's call her Diana, told me all of this. We all met up the other day with a few other people for Mary's birthday. Apparently before we met up that day, Mary said to Peter "*my name* has a crush on you. Watch out" then he said "Well, she's my friend. I'd never ditch her"

Mary had said to Diana in private "It's so obvious *my name* fancies Peter, isn't it?"

Diana said "no"..

Usually Peter and I would talk a lot, but he kept puting his head down or shying away and not talking to me much..

It's really awkward..

I am volunteering at my friends Mum's brownies. It's a Halloween party, and I have to dress up. I need to leave in one hour. Last minute ideas? Thanks!

I was physically sick. I went to the school nurse, and she sent me back to class with a note saying what time I left. On the way back to class, I was sick in the toilet again. I am now sitting in the toilet feeling too sick to go back to class.. what should I do?

I get anxious really easily.. i worry about almost everything. At the moment, I'm worrying about my maths class and piano lesson. With my maths class, I've been off for quite a while and am far behind. I was in yesterday, but my teacher was off. I couldn't do any of the work as it was so hard (we have started a new topic since last time I was in). I'm in top maths class. I'm worried for today since I can't do it and didn't do anything yesterday, and incase I get moved down a class..

With my piano, I haven't been playing that great.. i have practiced though!! So, i'm worried incase I do get accused of not practicing and get into trouble..

Anyone have any ideas about how I can overcome either of these worries, or anxiety in general? I'm a fourteen year old girl, if that helps.
