  • Should I sell my bf's puppy?

His mom's dogs had a litter of pups and he "claimed" one of them. I completely disagreed because we're about to have a baby and I don't want to deal with a newborn and a rambunctious puppy. I already told him that I want nothing to do with this dog and that he's going to be 100% responsible for training and housebreaking it because I'm going to have my hands full and he's already saying "WE have to start housebreaking him and training him." My boyfriend already can't do simple chores or even pick up after himself but he's adamant about this puppy. However, we don't even really have a place to live. Right now we're staying with his mom until we can get on our feet but there's no telling where we'll be moving when we can, if there will be a yard for this dog, if we'll have time for him between both of us working, my going to school, and having a baby, or if we can even find a place that will accept pets. Yesterday we got into a fight unrelated to the puppy and he went to his friend's house for a few days. His mom put me in charge of getting the puppies homed and I am deeply considering selling the one he wants simply because it's impractical and (in my eyes) irresponsible to take on a pet when we already can't even support ourselves and have another mouth to feed and body to care for. But I kind of don't want to because I know he'll be mad. I just don't know what to do! Help?

  • Is amaretto cake ok to eat while pregnant?

I plan on baking my mother-in-law an amaretto cake for her birthday this weekend. The recipe calls for 2 tbsp of amaretto in the cake, and 1/2 cup in the glaze on top. I am pregnant and was wondering if it would be safe for baby if I have a slice when it is finished.

  • I'm 12 weeks pregnant and losing weight, should I be worried?

We just moved and I don't have a Dr in our new town yet, which is why I'm asking here and not there. Anyway, I'm 12 weeks pregnant, have had no signs of morning sickness, I don't drink or smoke, and my diet hasn't had any major change since I got pregnant, yet the scale shows I've been losing weight. Should I be worried?

  • How can I get my dog from LA to CA without having to physically be with him?

I have a small (less than 15 lb) dog. But we recently traveled to California from Louisiana and were not able to take him because of the limited space. Is there any way I can have the friend that he's staying with pack him up and put him on a plane or train or through the mail so I can pick my dog up here? Do those companies allow your pet to travel if the owner isn't present on the flight/train?

  • Have you heard of Joseph Kony?

Please watch this vid. I know it's a little long, but well worth it.
