In Singapore, I signed on the SAF joint poly scheme long ago in 1994 at Age 17, went through a 3 month BMT, and got sponsored by SAF to do my diploma, as a return I had to serve them 6 years for my NS liability which i did. I served a total of 11 years and 8 months inclusive of the 3 years polytechnic study. i decided to leave and join a government home team as a civilian post as i had obtained by degree through night part time study.

when i was employed they put me on without NS pay, which i felt was unfair cause i have already completed my NS liability. so i waited for 2.5 years in the job thinking that they will restore my pay to with NS pay after that time to be equal with the guys that go through normal NS. They still have not converted me to with NS pay. i felt this is unfair. and was wondering if any one knows that i am being unfairly treated or the recruitment not following policy. etc..

The rear of the car sinks sown so low tt i have difficulty parking over kerbs, going over humps and bumps without scraping. Car comes with a Mugen bodykit. car 1 year old, 30,000km. Service shop says no problem everything is fine. I know that the ride height is dependent on the springs. but the problem is that most aftermarket springs are designed for lowering the car. I think i need an additional 2" for the rear over the current ride height. I lug alot of heavy stuff around regularly. What are my options and where can i get help? 4x4 shops said that they cant help me. Could i use springs meant for other makes of car? have already tried using cushion inserts on current springs but no use once my family sits in the car...

i registered a premium acct woth rapid share. there are websites that provide links to the rapidshare files. when i click the link the files get downloaded but are very small in size eg 5kb.. the file links are also ending with *.rar.001, *.rar.002, eg. these cact be the real files as they are supposed to be at least 99 MB each.. the unrar application says that it dosent recog the file. pls help!!
