Hello, I am looking for a website or link or social network site, or list of large corporations that do business in Thailand. I would like to find gainful employment in Thailand.

I have my BA from ASU and I am Currently working on my Masters. I believe I would be a qualified Teacher (not including the English teachers), Sales, Management, Security or anything supporting the government.

I would even been interested in placement agencies that are legit and would help me out.

What is the difference from the two?

I think RA is for local universities like Arizona State University, University of Arizona etc etc.

But I have never heard of DETC.

If one gets a degree from DETC college can they then pursue a higher level degree at a RA college?

If I get my Masters at a DETC college can I get my Ph D. at ASU or U of A?

If I made any assumptions that are wrong please correct me and provide me with some more info. Thanks.

I am considering going for my MBA but I have a few concerns.

First I live in Phoenix, AZ and want to stay away from Online.

I have two state schools ASU and UofA, both offer the Evening MBA program.

First problem is that they both require the GMAT. I am not very strong in standard testing, I have taken the Lsat and done decent but again this is not my strong area.

Second Both of the colleges only have 2 start dates a year. Spring and Fall, I would be able to Attend the Spring (if accepted) but that would require me to wait until January. I just don't want to waste another 4-5 months to start back school again.

The next option is private colleges, University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University etc etc. My problem with these universities is first, the credibility of the university.

I do not see these universities as "real" universities. I know they are fully accredited but compairing the MBA classes between ASU v. UoP are ridiculous. ASU has Supply Chain Management, etc etc, UoP has Interpersonal Conflict Resolution. Granted both are valued but ASU seems to be more 'legit'.

Second it seems the private universities are attempting to sell me an education. I submit my info to learn about classes etc etc and I get this used car sales man calling me almost every day. It just does not feel like a legit university experience.

But I do get to start classes earlier then Spring, that means I would be closer to getting my degree faster.

I am looking for advise and help.

I am looking at a couple of local schools here in Phoenix Arizona to get my MBA. I do not have a Business background in school.

When I went online to see the schools I notice they have alot of different options. Vanilla MBA, Finance, Global Management, Marketing, Management...etc etc.

Since I do not have a business back ground I have a couple of questions.

First, if I get a MBA in say Finance does that pigeon hole me to doing only a specific job?

Second, does anyone have a good website that looks in depth about different career options with different MBA's and salaries?

Or any other site that has a lot of information so I can make an informed choise. I have done about 2 days of just reading up on PHD programs an now want to look for info for Masters.

Ok, I am going to ask this question again for a third time. People have always answered it with a "common knowledge" answer.

This is for my debate class in collage and I am having problems with research. Please provide answers with links.

I have to be able to fight both pro and con, I have been given an extention on the project since I got my @$$ handed to me the first time when I went in with "Common knowledge" attack.

The subject altered his Military DD214's to changing the lenght of service. He did so to get a job with a company based out of a foreign country. What laws did he break if any.

First decent answer I got was the "valor act" or something like that signed in effect 2005, but that act is specifically for Medals and such, nothing about lenght. Next was the common knowledge that was shoot down way to fast.

If you are going to answer please provide a link so I can go in with some firepower, and Both sides are greatly appreciated.

I am trying to get back in shape, Im not out of shape but want to get buff.

I am looking to workout 1.5-2 hours a day 4 days a week.

I am looking for a interactive website that I could get good workout routine that computes your weight etc etc. And generates a workout to suit your needs, weight, endurance, etc etc.

OR

Could someone hook me up with a good book that I would be able to answer alot of these questions.

PLUS,

If I want to start taking supplaments, no more then 2, what would be a good website to start research or some suggestions.

If I am playing a 1-2 Texas hold'm game with 10 other players.

Should I always see the flop or wait until I have something tangible then call and see the flop?

What I am asking is highly unethical and possibly illegal, if that is the case please let me know if it is illegal so I don't get myself in trouble.

I currently have an LLC, I also have a large amount of Credit Card debt.

If I put all my Personal Credit Card Debt under my LLC, (LLC credit and so on) make a good faith effort to pay off that Debt, but have to declair bankruptcy on my LLC, How will that effect my Personal Credit rating?

Also since the debt it under my LLC because I used that to pay off all my personal credit card debt, could collections come after my personal finances?

I visited a Spa 3 days ago that has a special for a 30min message for $45. I got the message and payed with my Wamu issued bank card. This bank card can both be used as a Debit (with pin) or ran under credit card (no pin).

I went into the Spa and she took my Card, and my Drivers Licience...I signed for $45 and that was that. I get home and see the Spa charged me $45 (which I authorized) and an extra $105 (which I did not).

I went back to the spa and the second card signature was not mine, I sign using my middle name and the signature was my first name. It was obviously fraud...at least in my eyes.

I called my bank and they are un-willing to help me even though it was not my signature and was not authorized by myself...what should I do...would calling my bank back and attacking this situation in a different manner be better?

I am looking at starting a business and building business credit. I will give you guys the info and have you tell me what you all think.

I will need to establish Business Credit.

I will need to have my Liquor Liceince under the Business.

I will need to be able to opportate a full Bar/Club including payroll, taxes, with both a state and Federal Tax ID.

I might need to raise money for the first club but not sure, put that in the maybe colum.

I will also need the felxability to open more locations and improving the above things mentioned.

I have looked into Both LLC. and Corporation. If you think a Corporation is best should I go with a S or C.
