I'm going with Darren McFadden (He already broke 1000 rush yards last year, I think he busts through big time this year.)

I throw around 90 mph 4 seam and 2 seam fastballs with movement and a cutter around mid 80's. I hit my spots just fine, but I go to my (circle) change up and I throw it above the hitters head or to the ground before it gets to the plate. I can't seem to get my release point correct. So how do you throw a change up with good release point? Should I stick with a circle or go 3 finger or palm ball? Or just what advice would you give me for my change up?

What do you think of The Game? Like him, Love him, Haven't listened to him much, Hate him, Don't care, or one of your favorites or what?
