Basically, I've been going out with my boyfriend for a little over 9months. But I've known him for about 2 years and always fancied the pants off him and was delighted when he asked me out. He's always ALWAYS been an angel, we have so much fun together, have so much in common, i was hospitalised recently and he was there everyday as soon as they let him in until they threw him out, I love him more than anything and I know he loves me, I honestly see myself with him for a very very long time.

However. A few days ago he stayed round my house, it was about 3am and we were watching the telly in bed. I still wasn't tired, but he suddenly said he wanted to sleep. He rolled over and turned his back to me, I lay there for a second and decided to have a little laugh, so I jabbed him in the side (really lightly - I was tickling him). He laughed and did it back, this went on for a bit and he was laughing with me. Then I pulled his pillow from under his head and laughed suddenly he told me to f**k off and put his hand on my chest and neck area and pushed me hard. I didn't know what to say so I just rolled over and lay with my back to him, it was silent for about 5minutes then I suddenly felt his arms around me and he started saying sorry and asked if he'd hurt me. I told him it didn't, but he knew I was lying, he turned over and, I didn't see him cry as it was dark, however I'm 99% sure he was.

Things were pretty awkward the next morning but he apologised again as soon as he woke up, then things carried on as normal. It was very out of the ordinary and I believe him when he says he's sorry, I know I was annoying him on purpose but he was laughing too. I don't really know what to do about it, or whether I shouldn't at all, I just want some advice, Please help.

Extra Note: I haven't told anyone else as all my friends know/love him and I don't want them to take it the wrong way.
