I am looking to get a large business loan (200k) and recently spoke to a credit union that is willing to help me get it.

However; they said I need 20 percent down to help secure the loan. I don't have 20 thousand to put down on the loan. I have good credit, a car for collateral, and a co-signer who can back the loan.

Can I take a 20 thousand dollar personal loan(or line of credit), and simply use that for the down payment on the business loan?

I live in Southern California, and I am looking to move into a 2 bedroom apartment that costs approx. 1450 per month, with ALL utilities included. I shop cheap at the grocery store, so I can manage about 200-250 a month for food(Maybe 100-200 more for misc purchases at the store like toilet paper etc...). I don't plan on eating out that much, or at all really.

As far as entertainment, I am content with not doing much during the month, so I plan on only spending about 200-300 a month.

Phone bill costs 140, and my internet will cost about 60-70.

Gas costs me about 160 dollars a month as well.

I don't have a TV plan, or a LAN line so I don't pay for either of those.

That's about all I have as far as bills. Is the remaining enough to live off of?

I am looking to put around 2000 dollars down on a bike, and finance the rest (about 6000). My credit score is 700. Would I generally need a better score to get a motorcycle financed, or do you think I should be able to get the loan no problem?

I have store credit on my Gamestop Rewards Card, and I was told that you can buy things online (gamestop.com) with the store credit on the card. Is that true? Or can you only buy things in store?

She is 5 months old, and teething, we have given her teething tablets as well as baby Tylenol. This is the worst she has ever been, she is refusing to sleep and eat. She is hysterically crying, and has been for like 3 hours, She is has been crying off and on for like 10 hours. What can we do to calm her down

So this is going to be a long description, but please stick with me...

About 2 weeks ago, my wife and I had a beautiful baby girl. My family was excited, and so was her family. But going back about a month before the baby was born, we had decided to limit visits to the weekends (friday,saturday,sunday) for the baby. We didnt want people coming over all the time, as having a new baby is stressful and very tough. My family agreed with my wife and I, and said that it was necessary to set limits for others. Here is where we run into the major problem...Her family (mother and grandmother) was not too kind to this idea. At first they expressed there sadness of our rule that we had made. Stating that it made them feel alienated, that we were trying to limit them from seeing there grand/great grand daughter.

Keep in mind, this whole time we did not budge on the weekend only rule that we had made

Doing what I thought was right, I stayed out of this disagreement, as my wife said she would handle it. The only problem was that her whole life, her mother was very controlling, and in some cases verbally abusive. 2 Week had then passed, with me still out of this whole situation. Her mother and grandmother had started to call my wife crying, saying that she was ruining there family, and making them cry everyday (because they couldnt see the baby when they wanted to). With everyday that passed, the "guilt trip" calls increased, and became more rude and vulgar until about 3-4 days ago.

My wife had started to budge on the rule we had set to keep her family at ease (my wife does not like confrontation, and wanted everything to stop)

What happened 3-4 days ago? Her mom had first called my wife, saying she was ashamed to call her a daughter, and that she should feel shame for the rest of her life, then hung up on the phone. Another phone call had followed (10 minutes later), where her grandmother wanted us to give back everything they bought for the baby (rocking chair, cloths, baby monitor--the list goes on). So my wife took my newborn daughter to her families house, and dropped off all of the gifts they gave us. She then endured 2-3 hours of verbal lashings, where vulgar things(cussing/flipping off) were said about me, and my family while one of them was holding my newborn daughter.

I decided enough was enough. I stepped into this, to protect my families honor, and to protect my new daughter. I called my wifes mother and told her to leave us alone, and that she would not see me, my wife, or my daughter for as long as she acted that way. I also said that hopefully our relationship can regrow in the future, and if she pulls this again, she will not see us again for the rest of her life (basically told her this is the only chance, and this will not be tolerated). She brought so much pain to my side of the family, and my NEW family (my wife, baby, and I).

Did I make a good moral decision in coming down so hard?

I am having some problems with my girlfriend. She told me today that she doesnt want to talk to me that much during the day. Usually we text or talk on the phone. I asked her why she didnt want to talk much during the day, and she told me that its good to miss someone, and that only a few texts and a call during the day are okay. I am not really understanding this whole thing. Is she doing this to distance herself from me?

I have 2 job interviews in 1 day. One at 9 am, and the other at 2:30 pm. What should I do if I get a job offer before I go to my second interview?

To get into college i need to get near a cumulative 2.5 gpa. Right now, I only have a 2.18. Is it possible for me to get atleest a 2.4 in 1 high school semester.
