what is the charge? ISN'T it drug/alcohol consumption... what are the elements of the crime?

Ok, i am 8 credits away from my associates in law enforcement. But i am questioning my next course of action. I was told a Bachelors in Criminal Justice would do nothing for me if i wanted to be a cop. However i think it would help me stand out among my peers. What should I do?

I am thinking about taking a few E.M.T classes and become a certified EMT. There are only 5 classes in the EMT program at my college.

P.S most Federal Agencies want at least a BA

can you think of any reasons why a police department should switch their minimal age requirement from 21 to 25? I have to debate why they should and i only have three strong points.

Ok, so my girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me. She said that she needed time to herself and a bunch of bullshit. Anyway, her facebook and myspace status still says in a relationship. Either she's being railed by someone else, or she just hasn't changed it yet. W/E. When would be the right time to switch my status? I'm giving her 72 hours, is that enough?

Ok so, on new years i did a little more that make out with a friend of mine. I invited her to my friends party, and while every one was passed out we had a little fun. The one problem with this is i have a girlfriend of 4 years. I know i should tell her, and a break up will probably be the best thing. If we don't break up, then i won't have a social life b/c i f'd the whole trust thing. Does anyone have a lot of experience with break-ups?

so... through out the day I'll be doing whatever, and have this sudden rage come over me. I sit and wonder why I'm angry but nothing comes to mind. It's an irritating anger... wtf is going on? is it psychological, biological maybe? How can i make this stop?

I'm looking for the history of the offender... Where they abused? Are they acting out on their kids because of outside influences causing them stress?

And another thing.... is domestic violence almost the same thing as physical child abuse?
