I plan on running the Santa Barbara International Marathon in November this year. I ran the 2012 LA marathon but with about 1-2 months of training and finished it in 4 hours. I really want to push myself to do my best this time and I know that takes about 6 months of training. I want to try to get a sub 3:00 time and need a free schedule that would help me out. I haven't really done any long distance running in a couple months, so I need one that starts from the bottom and works its way up....anyone know where I should look?
