I watched it in 2003 or 2004 on starz on demand. It was a killer animal movie. I think ether rats or spiders. The only scene I distinctly  remember is 2 of the cast were about to sleep together but girl asks guy if he has a codom when he says no she says he has to get them and he leaves. She is killed before he returns. I think he is the next to go after he gets back.

These are some of my favorite openings/themes, I know there are a lot of these, but I really appreciate all of your time and energy. I would like a rating from 1 -20 but if you don't have time just pick your favorite. And if anyone has any recommendation on there favorites, that aren't on the list, fell free to tell me. I know Final Fantasy VII - One Winged Angel isn't an opening but I think it was in the movie somewhere so I included it. Thank you all for your answers.

The show begins with a storyteller and a painting (I think) then the storyteller tells the story. A man

traps a demons in a sack, in exchange for his release the demon gives the man a mirror that lets him see death. The demon explains that if death is at the feet death can be dent away, but if death is at the head it is too late. The Man goes around saving people, but one day there king falls ill, and when he checks with the mirror death is at the head. He turns to the people and says it is too late, but one says you can save the rest of us but you can't save our beloved king. So the man make a deal with death to take him instead, and Death agrees. Then the man traps death in the sack and makes death promise not to take him. But this is a mistake, because death doesn't return for fear of being trapped in the sack again, and the man is doomed to walk the earth forever unable to die. Then it cuts back to the storyteller. It was in color looked like it may have been from the 70's or 80's but i can't be sure. I do Know I watched it before we cancelled dish in 2003. PS. death was a pale blue, always smiled, and look similar to a beardless gnome. It may have been a window and not a painting and the story before was about a man that could kill immortals, and an old man that is trying to train a boy, an immortal, to defeat him.
