I have a question. I have 2 stepchildren that are twins. I have a biological daughter and I have supported my stepkids since they were 5. The father I guess signed his rights away but my wife never finished paying her attorney so he dropped it. There was a parental test and yes the twins are his children. That I know is a fact. I am a disabled veteran and I now draw social security. For some reason the SSA will not let my stepkids draw because he doent pay child support. He has a good job as a police officer and he is coming around the kids now wanting to take them on trips and spend the night. Can the court go back 14 years on this? As a parent I am obligated to care for and help support my biological daughter. I can't see how he can get out of this. My wife has not pushed the support issue, I see she is only hurting herself and the kids.

I've never been on myspace before. I've been on facebook for about 6 months now. It's fun, I can keep up with all my old friends from school and places I used to work and of course family and new friends. I really like it, how about you...how long have you been on here? I want to start a small jewelry, handbag/purse business for women. I plan on offering mainly costume jewelry, all the new stylish trends and also rhinestone handbags and belts. I might expand to other things eventually, like candles or who knows so I don't really want jewelry to be in the name of my business. I'm having a hard time coming up with a name as when I search the internet, alot of the names I have come up with have already been used before in other business's. Right now I don't plan on opening up a physical store, I mainly want to do trade shows, internet sales, and maybe home parties. One of these days, if it becomes a huge hit, I could open my own store. I have been trying to come of with names using either diva or chic, and also designs or fashions. I am a combat vet from the Marine Corps. I am under the care of the VA and they take care of any medical needs that arise.

Heres the deal since I have been home, it seems like everyone has changed. I was able to work and make good money, I did change jobs alot. I would either fly off the handle at someone or I would just haul off and quit. This didn't happen all the time, but it did happen. More than once. I got to where I couldn't think anymore, and I eventually just quit working because I was embarassing myself. I always had a supervisory position in construction and the schedules and stress were just too much. About six months after I quit working, I was confined to a wheel chair for many months because I grew so weak. I wasn't able to hold down food much, and I pretty much lived off soup ,crackers and Ensure. My weight dropped close to 150 and I lost about 40 lbs total.

My wife won't have anything to do with me anymore. I feel as if I am constantly being degraded by her because I just can't work anymore. If I drive down the road, I am a nervous wreck. I know that I am not the man she married 9 years ago. Things do change in life and I had to go to Iraq. I guess now I feel her vows were not that serious to begin with. I know I am by no means perfect myself. As I am now waiting for a raise from the VA and social security to kick in, I am also loosing my mind. My interest that I had before like flying, fishing, hunting have all ceased. I have honestly become very antisocial. Is it wrong to want to be left alone? She does say that I am rude to people and I don't feel that I am. I am however very matter of fact in what I say to someone. That way there is no gray area. With three kids, I just can't pack up and leave. I love my kids more than anything, But I really do hate my wife right now. I am just afraid she might push me over the edge. I am trying to build a 500 -1500 yd gun.I am having trouble deciding. First off I own both of these guns so I am not partial to one or the other. I have read so much about this new 325 wsm and there is clearly a group of people out there that love the 338 so they arent open minded to the 325 but explain this to me please. If you buy factory ammo for both of these rifles. Example 338 wm with a 225 grain A-frame bullet is delivering 3165 lbs of energy on impact at 100 yards and delivering 2565 lbs of energy at 200 yards. The 325 wsm with a 220 grain A-frame(handloaded for now) delivers 3316 lbs of energy at 100 yards and 2772 lbs of energy at 200 yards. Even with a 5 grain lighter bullet Does the 325 wsm not have more downrange knockdown power based on those figures? I just want to understand. I know that the 338 has a larger variety of heavy bullets available and am wondering if thats what people are referring to. I handloaded some 250 grain A-frames for my 338 for spring brown bear prior to purchasing the 325 wsm for massive knockdown power and great weight retention but on the factory loaded ammo it seems that the 325wsm does outperform the 338 and is flatter. And as for using the 250 grain Nosler Partition in the 338 with its lack of bullet weight retention compared to the Swift A-frame it seems that the extra 25 grains arent much help. What is the flattest shooting 338 out there? Thanks !

With the Ft Hood shooting and countless murder -suicides that have happened since the new administration took over, do you think there will be much impact on us hunters? I mean I doubt Obama will spend much time in the field this year or even years to come. With the shortage of ammo, do you think tougher laws could be imposed on the average sportsman?

I loaned my friend my truck yesterday. She was moving and had a trailer attached. She jackknfed the trailer in the left rear fender. I have full coverage and she does on her car. What insurance company should pay for the damage, hers or mine? The accident was on private property.

I am a combat veteran from the US Marine Corps. I guess to say the least I am clinically depressed. I am service connected for an undiagnosed illness. They call it the persian gulf syndrome or the gulf war syndrome. I get the runaround from the VA. I draw 225.00 a month is all, and I havent worked in over six months. I went to vocational rehab, that went well but I cant use the GI Bill I paid into with voc rehab. I have been taking online classes for several weeks now my counseler says the VA will not pay for it. Now they will let me take welding clases and accounting, this guy picks and chooses what I should do. Is this right? I give the Marines 110% now where are they? I'm in danger of losing everything I own. Why should my three kids endure this? Where do we go? Ive written congressmen and women, senators, nothing. Anyone been through this
