Ive been using ebay to buy stuff for years. And tried but never sold anything. So why all of the sudden am i getting messages that my ebay seller fees are now due. I never even heard of seller fees. Is this something new. I though buying and selling was free, and they just took a percentage of the money when you sold something.

I need help with schooling, and transportation. are there any grant programs out there that are real, and not scams, and where can i find them?

Any suggestions about where i can find the cheapest liability insurance?

I live in pa was with friends taking a ride on a back road had to take a leak. pulled over in a small lot to do so. I wont lie I smoke weed. but wasnt at the time. Soon as i pulled in a cop car came by, pulled in to see what we were doing. The next thing I know their pulling us out of the car because they said my passingers were acting suspisious. They hand cuffed us all, and searched us. I had nothing on me but my friends did. They impounded my car, kept me cuffed, and said they were taking me to the hospital for blood work for being under suspition of being intoxicated. I said hold up I want a field sobriety test to prove im not. The cop said we don't have to do that any more im just taking you for blood work. Of course it came up positive pot can stay in you're system for up to 30 days. So i got a citaion in the mail for a D.U.I. my ? is When they impound you're car keep you in cuffs forcefully take you to the hospital for blood work arent you basicly being arrested right then, and there, and shouldnt you be read you're rights before they perform these actions?
