So my computer is brand new and has always worked great, but then today I logged on but once I logged on the screen was black and just had a curser. I have a hp laptop and I've tried everything. I made a new account and it works just fine with no problem, but I want my account not this new one so what can I do to fix this????????

So I lost the keyboard to my pc, but I need it to get on obviously. Is there anyway I could like hook up a laptop to a tower? Or anyway to avoid having to use a keyboard? Thanks!

So I stopped using my old computer because it restarts every 30 seconds. No screen comes up giving me any details on why, it just restarts for no reason. I can only use the computer without restart if I go on safe mode. All I need is to get all my pictures off my computer, but I can't do that on safe mode. So I need to know if there is a way to keep my computer from restarting so I can get my pictures off. It doesn't even stay on long enough for me to go into the settings. Is there anything I can do without professional help? Thanks!!

So I just got the Sims 3, and it is so unbearably slow that it takes about an hour just to move the screen over. So I've decided that I want to get a computer that Sims runs nicely with no problems or lag of any kind, but I need it to be $250 or less. If you could link some computers that would work good that would be great! Thanks! (No laptops just desktops!)

So I guess my computer has the blue screen of death?? It only happens when playing a certain game on my computer. How do I keep it from happening? Please explain in super super easy terms, like you're explaining it to a 5 year old because everything I've read online makes no sense at all. So I've been using my Sims 3 game for a while with no problems, and then one day I was using the paint pallet to change the colours of my home's object and then my computer screen turned blue with all these weird code things on it and then crashed. Now it happens every single time I use the paint pallet, it works fine and never does it when I use anything else. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks!

So I just got a new expansion pack, but everytime I open it a thing pops up saying New Store Content Patch Available and then has Yes No and Later. But I can't click anything! So I'm unable to start the game. I can't close it or move it at all. Is there anyway to fix this or get around it? I've restarted my computer at least 5 times but nothing works. Please please help. So I got a 4 GB micro SD card that won't work on my computer! I had a 2 GB in my phone but It's not enough space. So I'm trying to get all my pictures on to the 4 GB using my computer. I have everything all planned out but when I go to Computer and then click on Removable Disk F it says, "F:\ is not accessable. Incorrect funtion" PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!!! How do I get my computer to read the SD card? It works just fine in my phone. But the computer doesn't read it or something. Thanks!!!
