  • How do I eliminate lag while gaming?

While playing Call of Duty: Black Ops on my Xbox 360 using a Sharp Aquos Quattron TV, there's a noticeable lag between making a movement and the TV displaying it. I've done some searching and am seeing a lot about "Vyper Drive" game mode but can't quite figure it out... How can I eliminate the lag?

  • Will the PT-04 transmitter work with the CT-04 reciever?

I have been looking on eBay, and found this http://cgi.ebay.com/ISHOOT-PT-04-Wireless-Flash-Tr...

I have a CT-04 receiver, seen here http://cgi.ebay.com/4-Channels-Kit-CT-04-Flash-Rad... (ignore the transmitter)

I'm thinking of snagging the PT-04 (transmitter) but I don't know if it will work with the receiver I already have... It looks like it would, but we all know looks can be deceiving.

  • External flash won't fire...?

I have a Sony a330, I ordered a Yongnuo YN460 flash slave, and a hot shoe adapter as I was advised here. I just got the adapter today and put that on my hot shoe, then put my flash on that and when I try to take a photo, the built in flash tries to open, and that's it. Nothing happens except the shutter flipping. Am I skipping a step?

  • How can I do wireless off camera lighting?

I have a Sony a330 DSLR and I would love to do some off camera lighting to give me more flexibility when shooting people. All I can find is a way to use a cable, but I want to do this wireless so I can have more freedom when setting up and possibly use multiple flash units at once. There has to be a way, I just can't seem to figure it out.

I don't have any flash units yet, as I want to make sure they'd be compatible with a wireless trigger. The more information I can get, the better.

  • Can I use old Minolta SLR lenses on my new Sony a330?

I just bought the Sony a330 DSLR. I know that Minolta lenses work for Sony cameras, but I was wondering, will my dad's lenses from way back when work on my new DSLR? Is there a mount adaptor I need to buy? The lenses I have that I'm curious about: Minolta 35-70mm 1:3.5, Kiron 80-200mm f/45 macro 1:4, and then a Vivitar MC Teleconverter. Any help would be ENORMOUSLY appreciated.

  • What camera should I buy?

I'm very into photography and I want to buy a good camera to meet my needs. I don't have much money, basically living paycheck to paycheck, and I'm lucky to be able to put anything into my savings account.

I need something for cheap, but that's not a social camera you bring to parties. Something that will give me a professional outcome, has lots of control (focus, shutter speed, aperture, etc.) and won't drain my bank account.

Suggestions should include camera make and model, approx. price and a good place to look for said camera.

Do they really go out and drink a glass of horse urine so they know that that's what it tastes like?
