  • high school basketball tryouts?

    Do you think i will make the team. I am a junior in HS almost 6 feet. I can grab the rim pretty easily. I am an all hustle guy, I like to box out and rebound and run the floor on a fast break. My perimeter defense isn't the best, but it is affective on ball handlers. I can shoot the midrange pretty well and threes above average, my ball handling is good too. The best feature is my ability to get to the basket and finish inside with contact. SO tryouts are in about a week what should I do to guarantee my spot on the team. PLUS i played summer ball for the same coach so do I kinda have my foot in the door?

  • Will i make the basketball team? (JV or VARSITY)?

    i am a sophomore. Im 5'11" without shoes.

    Im nervouse about making the basketball team because our school has some players that will automatically make the team just cuz their dad is friends with the coach, parents support the team and stuff like that. so do you think i can still make it?

    im a good defender, have quick hands, are a pretty smart passer, cant touch the rim yet but almost there, i can shoot well from the perimeter and my best feature is driving in the paint..what do i need to work on?
