I have a 14-16 inch silver arowana in a 125 gallon tank with a tiger oscar, jaguar cichlid, and a silver dollar fish. As of lately (1-2) months my silver arowana has been beating up on my tiger oscar. I found this strange since the oscar is close to 8 inches long and the arowana never beats up on the silver dollar or Jaguar cichlid, all of these fish have been living together since they were very small and had never had a problem until now. To ease aggression I added some more decor to create a barrier thinking it was maybe a territorial dispute, but despite my efforts the arowana keeps attacking the oscar to the point of death. Why is this happening and what should I do?

I just loaded 200 rounds of 10mm auto with 180grn hornady xtp and 10.8-11.0 grn of blue dot. That is the max load for that weight and that powder. the problem I am having is that I have the cases primed with magnum primers and I am concerned that it will blow my fingers off if I shoot it.

right now i have a 125 gallon with some cichlids and and arowana. Could i convert it without taking out any water

I have a ruger air magnum pellet rifle and I when I broke the barrel to cock it i decided to look down the barrel to see the rifling, I forgot I loaded the spring and pulled the trigger on accident while it was still open, it slammed back up and I looked at it and the barrel was bent up and to the left a little bit can I fix this or get a new gun.

I am trying to get into reloading but it all seems so difficult, I would like to reload sierra match king bullets and game king for my 7mm rem mag in 168 grain match king and 175 grain for game king but no reloading books have reloading data for them and other companies like remington. I want to know how do people know to reload these bullets without a manual or some sort of guidance.

I want to go hunting for boar up to elk and do not know what is the best round for the job, I narrowed it down to these three calibers for performance and popularity. I like the 300 win mag but bullets are expensive as 30-06 bullets are relatively cheap and can be found anywhere, but the 7mm rem mag kind of is the bridge between them. What would you suggest and why?

Does this caliber really have that much recoil? when I am reading online everyone says it kicks like a mule, what does it really feel like, is it more of a punch or push, is this a good caliber for a beginner to rifles because I want to do some long range shooting and also some elk hunting.

I just bought a new ruger air magnum and when i first shot it using benjamin 10.5 grain pellets, it sounded like a .22 and sparked out the barrel like a real gun! I want to know if this is just dieseling or if the pellet is creating to much friction in the barrel and sparking on the way out. will this cause any damage to the gun if its not normal.

In my tank I have 1 oscar, 1 jack dempsey, 1 jaguar cichlid and 1 silver arowana. They are all in the 3-5 inch range except for the arowana he is about 8 inches. Only the oscar has ich and no other fish that is in my tank has visible features of it. I think i got the ich by using a net that my sister used to put in a new gorami in her tank that had ich. I hvae raised the temp to 86.5 can I raise it any higher with the fish I have? Also i hear aquarium salt works, won't that make my tank brackish causing my fish to die. are there any other things i can do to help with my tank?

I have a 3 inch including tail jaguar cichlid, ive had it for about 1 month and 13 days got him/her when he/she was about 1.5 inches and it still has 6 thin stripes that are starting to go away, is it a boy or girl?

I have 3 tanks one with an oscar, jaguar cichlid, jack dempsey cichlid, silver arowana, and 3 silver dollars they are all under 4 inches and the tank temperature is 83-84 degrees if this means anything. My second tank has 1 baby( 1.25 inch) peacock bass who will only eat frozen brine shrimp as of now the tank is about 78 degrees. And my third tank has 1 bluegill about 3.5 inches which I just caught yesterday on a hook and he doesn't eat yet the tank is room temperature. So what should I feed them?

I am thinking of building a pond in my backyard but the place i want to build the pond is right next to my grass, do you think the sprinkler water can mix with the pond water because I know that you can't use tap water for your aquarium without treating it or fish will die.

My oscar has 1 white dot on his head that he has had it since i bought him from the fish store 1 month ago it does not seem to spread nor go away and the other cichlids in my tank don't have any sort of thing on their bodies, is it hole in the head or just a scratch that is not healing also if this means anything my water is perfect and have great filtration. what would you suggest me to do?
