For the last 3 weeks I have been eating on average 650 to 1000 calories a day and exercising at least 30 minutes a day at curves and 30 minutes to an hour day at home on with my WII Fit and Treadmill. I get the vitamin b6/b12 shot once a week. I have lost a total of 14 pounds so far. I started at 218 and I am at 204. I want to eat this low until I get to 190 and then increase my calories. My question is once I increase my calorie intake to 1500 will I begin to gain back the weight I loss and if I should aim for a smaller number to start and work my way up to 1500 a day?

Please don't tell me my calories are to low or anything like that. That's not going to change what I am doing until I reach my goal. I only want advise on what my next calorie goal should be.

I am getting a message on my blackberry bold connection error (65) problem connecting to server whenever I try to connect to my messenger. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling for the last hour. Unplugging the battery and rebooting my phone and nothing is fixing it. Now I have an unlocked att one and am using it on Tmobile. I am in the process of buying a new computer but am trying to find an awesome gaming computer cause I am a sims lover and the sims3 comes out this year.
