I am looking for the title of a movie . I saw its trailer a few month ago on youtube, though I am not sure if it was released recently. All I remember is that a man, who is injured and in a hospital is telling a story to a young girl.

I've seen this movie some time ago and I can't recall the title of it. Here is what I remember: It's about two teenagers, who fall in love.They are lab partners in school and they became friends and more. As it turns out the boy is seriously ill, he has leukemia(?). After a night spent together he breaks up with the girl, because he knows that he is going to die soon. Other details that I remember: the girl plays tennis, because her parents want her to get into a good university. The actor, who plays the boy is also a singer.
