Im thinking about updating my 3.52 m33-4 custom firmware on my psp to 5.00 m33 or something. Should i do it?

I have already tried updating it to 3.71 before, but my psp just said "unpacking.......done" "please wait...."

I have a 1978 Delta 88 with a new head unit (sony xplod CDX-GT820IP) I installed it myself and I also put some 3-in-1 speakers in too. My front speakers are stock and dont work very well because they're 30 years old...
