Since the fed has little interest in protecting our borders foreign nationals are coming across to set up business, on our soil. If need be they start shooting and killing our citizens to protect that illegal business.

For argument sake. A house is being used by armed foreign nationals for illegal gains. Not American citizens who have due process on their side. People that have shown they will use violence to protect there business. LE knows it, the gov't knows, it everyone knows it. Yet for some reason they have decided to turn their backs on the neighborhood that has to live with it. Why can't a group citizens from that neighborhood go into that house, secure it, and place the occupants under arrest? Or meet force with kind force? Why can't the second amendment be used by citizens of this country to protect us from this kind of incursion, which is real and now? Isn't there a difference between a group of patriots that are protecting this country from an armed invader and a common vigilante that shoots another citizen? Isn't this one of the purposes of the second amendment? Isn't it written to protect the people of this country from an armed invasion of foreignors sanctioned or not by their country?

I was told by my gun shop that carbon 15s can crack or stress fracture at the buffer spring detent. I have a fix for the fracturing. It's a simple collar made of aluminum that is threaded and reenforces the carbon area of the buffer detent. I showed it to the a person that made some of the first carbon 15s and she said it would probably help. She retired right after that and has not kept up with them and knew nothing of the fracturing. Before I install it, has anyone seen one fracture at that point?
