I dont know if you can help me on this matter but I thought I would ask anyway. I recently left our family home after myself and my partners relationship broke down and I am still lead tenant on our tenancy. Now my ex is refusing to give me half our deposit back which i need to help re house myself and my son. I am confused as what to do as i have all the login details for the deposit protection service but do i hand MY notice into the landlord then make a claim? or do i stay on the tenancy until I get my share of the deposit back?Please help I am so confused.

I was just wondering which external dual layer dvd writers are the best for burning xbox360 games. I currently have a liteon in my laptop and i get a power area calibration error when i try to using imageburn or clonedvd. i have just recieved my bank statement saying i have incurred a 25pound penalty charge because apparentley i went 5 pound overdrawn after an ebay payment. my account is a basic bank card and i am not able to go overdrawn on it in cash machines.I think this charge is harsh and obviously i dont want to pay it(the bank has said they are taking £30 out of my account on june 12th) but do i have a leg to stand on?
