  • What do men really think of rape survivors?

I am really puting myself out there. But, I was just wondering what do men really think of women who have survived being raped and molested? I am 35 years old and I was molested at 8 and raped when I was 14 and again at 19. I have been to therapy and I learned much over the years. I had learned that not all men are terrible and that people do have needs in relationships and that in order to meet those needs I have to give of myself to meet those needs.

I certainly don't tell every man I date what happened to me as a child, but when the relationship becomes serious, I don't want any secrets and I find that men don't want to go any further with me and leave with most saying I am either damaged goods or this is too hard to handle. I am pretty independant and I have managed to put myself through university and I am now a teacher and yet in mens eyes it still doesn't matter because of my past. So, I need to know from men out there what they really think. Women responses welcomed too.

  • Why are you giving students the answer?

I have a question, I notice in this section homework helps that quite a number of people give the answer to students who should be figuring it out by themselves or researching for the material to write an essay. As an educator I find this very distasteful and I need to understand why people out there do it. Any and all comments are appreciated

  • Helicopter Parents?

Here is the situation. I have had one too many parents come to me complaining about a grade I had given their kid. Usually, the dispute happens on a essay. I am trying my best to teach these students to write properly and half the time I get nothing but crap where the student has plagerized or the grammar is beyond terrible or the no thesis etc.

As an educator, I want to know if there are any professors teachers, support staff etc. that had to deal with 'helicopter parents' giving you a headache and how you have dealt with the problem. Because thus far, I am finding that it is becoming increasingly difficult to be diplomatic in situations were parents expect the sun, the moon and the stars and students think that they are intitled to get a good grade without working for it.

  • How do guys really feel about fat chicks?

I am severely putting myself out there, but I need some feedback. I am big lady (Queen Latifah size) and I am wondering. Is it true guys find fat chicks really ugly and unattractive or is that a myth? All responses (even the negative ones) are welcomed as long as they are....HONEST.

  • How do men feel about intelligent women?

The older I get it seems to me that men are more interested in dating a women only if she looks good and intelligence is a bonus as opposed to being the most important thing. I am 35 years old and a high school teacher studying for my masters degree in history and when I tell men that they seem not want another date. So, here is the question, I am wondering if men are afraid of intelligent woman dislike intelligent women?

  • Would a guy consider having a "serious" relationship with a bi lady or are they good for flings only?

I am a bisexual lady and I have been out of the closet since I was 22 years old (I am now 35). I found with my relationships with men that they like the idea of being with a bi gal because of the kink factor, but are unwilling to get serious because they are not comfortable with the fact I am queer, out and proud. So, I would like to know from the guys out there would they consider marrying or having a serious relationship with a bisexual woman or do they view bisexual women as good for flings only
