Ruby Red

I have natural strawberry blonde hair, but now that I am older it has lightened so much. So I was told not to use red dyes cause they look fake, so I bought a light auburn. I hate it. It is dark and has a rusty pink tint to it. How can I lighten it? I know it will fade fast, but if I can help it along, please give me your advice.

I am a natural red head, that with age has lightened up with white streaks in it. Well I got brave and dyed it Clairols light auburn. Oh boy, it is dark, and has a pink, burgandy tone to it. I hate it. I have washed it 6 times, hoping for the fading. It has faded a little, but is there anyway to make it fade more and faster, and without making my hair orange.

Does anyone out there know which hair dye would be the right one for me, to get my hair color back to my natural color. I am really close with my daughter and her boyfriend. They have been together now for about 3 years. Her boyfriend is not close with his family, and has become really close with our family. (Like a son) My daughter decided she could not be with him anymore, cause he is really jealous. She has tried for over a year to make him understand how this effecting their relationship, and he just don't get it. I feel so upset. I mean I am not mad at her, I just want her to be happy, and if she is not happy she has got to do whats best for her. We stand behind her all the way. But I feel really bad for him. How do you get over this feeling of losing someone like a son? My daughter says its fine for him to still be friends with us, she just can't date him anymore. Or do you think it is okay to console him also, and stay friends with him?

My father is 65 years old. He fell and broke his fibula. After 1 week they put a cast on it for 4 weeks. They told him it was healing well. He could now use it with 50% of his body weight with no brace or anything on it. He has osteoarthritis, and is very worried of injuring it again. It still hurts, and is swollen. Is this normal treatment? Help please.

My father has osteoarthritis in his hip. It is so bad he has to use crutches to get around otherwise he falls. He was taking glucosamine and calcium's. His osteoarthritis was cause by his ashma medication (steroids) that he takes. Is there any alternatives out there for him to help with the pain and discomfort? He really does not want an operation cause of his other medical problems. Please help?

Be very careful out there. I received an e-mail from TN fabrics & textiles, or Tina Howard. They are looking for people to forward their checks from the US to Africa. They say for your trouble you can take 10% of the check and then resend them the rest of it. I started doing a little research on it and found out it is a scam. The money orders you receive could be counterfeit. Then when you cash them and you think they have cleared the bank, then you are suppose to wire the money to them. That's when you find out it was all a scam. Or they get your bank information on the back of the checks, and then you have identity theft. Does anyone know in Las Vegas, Nv. an organization or a Doctor that can get my cataract removed cheaper. I have no insurance and the doctors that I have contacted want their money up front and it cost about 4000.00 an eye. Or maybe some kind of insurance plan that I can check out to get it done cheaper? Help?
