Is there a way to control object's size or appearance by changing cell values linked to it? Or is it possible to link cells to object properties? Like a simple rectangle, if I'm going to change a cell value linked to its width or length, the object also updates.

Our admin didn't approve my application for a Xmas vacation leave due to fare cost issue, though it has been signed by our Dept head. Instead, he moved it earlier Nov. 27 to Dec. 12. A 15-day leave for an 8-month service is what they give and that includes flight time equivalent to 3 days for the round trip. He didnt give me other options.

I took it but thought of extending the leave to Dec. 26 (14 days) myself by directly contacting the airline to rebook my flight schedule. He won't approve any application for extension anyway so I really rebooked my flight.

I sent an email on Dec. 9 informing the leave extension but to my surprise, the admin replied and said my job will be terminated and he really did also. He was able to convince my boss to terminate me. However, they give me clearance because I was then appointed by a staff in other project, but in the same company under a different contract.

They sent me a Statement of Account which stated a receivable certain amount of money as my service benefit in a pro-rated basis. A month later the admin informed me that I will not be able to receive the amount for the reason that I made an AWOL.

Is there any way I can do to get the money? Is it legal for an employment contract with a foreign company in Saudi Arabia stating a 15-day leave for an 8-month length of service?

I've been searching the web for clues but no luck. I have an A4 Word2010 document with 0.4" top margin set but the print has about 1.5" margin. (Same is true with spreadsheets I made in Excel2010.) The side and bottom margins are fine. Updating the printer's driver (Xerox WorkCentre 5335) didn't solve it. However, when I print the document in Word2003, all is perfect. What's wrong?

Is it in degrees? How about Aperture? Is it measured in f-stops?

I just bought a D3100 and I'm planning to buy a Nikon AF-S Nikkor 50mm f/1.4G in addition to the kit lenses but had a second thought of getting the AF-S DX Micro Nikkor 85mm f/3.5G ED which really caught my attention. I want to take on macro and at the same time portraits but simply have no budget to get both lenses...do I need to?

I then brought in the subject and took the 2nd photo.

Is there a way to eliminate the background(or replace it with white color) using the 2nd photo as a mask?

I'm working as a civil engineer in this construction company's site office. Our admin hired a new IT recently and he formatted all the computers. What I didn't like is that I can't even change the wallpaper. I listed all the software I needed but he can't provide.

Any advice? Please don't mention privacy or something. I used this computer purely on my work.

I have this movie currently downloaded with limewire at 77% in my office computer. But the transfer speed becomes so slow averaging only to 3 KBPS. I thought of transfering it to my laptop at home where I got a good internet connection just installed. Anybody has tried this?
