US (Hollywood) movie with Bollywood dance ending?
I remember watching a Hollywood movie earlier this year that ended up with a Bollywood style song-and-dance sequence. This was explained when I read the credits and it had an Indian director. The ending was very knowing and tongue-in-cheek, and I enjoyed the movie greatly, but I can't now remember either the movie or tthe director.
Can anyone help?
2 AnswersMovies8 years agoHow many high-profile interracial relationships are there in South Africa?
It's thankfully been a good few years now since apartheid ended in South Africa. But I was wondering just how great the social changes have been between communities. One small measure of this would be inter-racial relationships. So I was wondering: Does anyone know of *any* well-known celebrities/sportspeople/politicians etc etc in SA involved in an inter-racial relationship?

4 AnswersMovies1 decade agoShould Mexican families be able to sue the US pig farm in Mexico that caused the swine flu outbreak?
Health sources are now pointing to U.S. factory hog farming in Mexico with their huge open ponds of waste that allow birds to mingle swine and bird flu, which then brings biting insects to pick up the mixture and infect people carrying the human flu - a perfect storm of disease.
Smithfield Foods of Virginia, the world’s largest pork packer and hog producer, operates massive hog-raising operations Perote, Mexico, in the state of Vera Cruz, where the outbreak originated. The operations, grouped under a Smithfield subsidiary called Granjas Carroll, raise 950,000 hogs per year, according to the company website.
Officials from the CDC and USDA will likely arrive in Mexico soon to help investigate the deadly new influenza virus that managed to jump from pigs to people in a previously unseen mutated form that can readily spread among humans.
According to one community resident, the organic and fecal waste produced by Granjas Carrol isn’t adequately treated, creating water and air pollution in the region.

In other words, people in Mexico are dying because US companies want to cut costs and corners.

2 AnswersOther - Sports1 decade agoDoes it bother you that America is a nation built on genocide?
There are a lot of complaints about illegal immigrants bringing murder and disease. But how can that not remind people that this is how America was built? European settlers - the original illegals - displacing natives who'd been there for thousands of years.
Starvation, slaughter and entire native nations wiped out by the diseases the illegal Europeans brought. If modern Americans can turn a blind eye to their original genocide, at least they can learn the lesson that no one owns the land the stand upon forever. Nations rise and nations scatter in the wind.
12 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoIf we illegal the illegals, and illegalize the illegalment, then can we illegally drop an illegal on them?
Kewl. I mentioned illegals. I should get like hundreds of responses.
10 AnswersImmigration1 decade agoSo tell me, my rabid anti-illegals Yahoo Answerers, what's your solution?
When you're discussing illegal immigration, here are a few realities to consider.
1. It is physically impossible - repeat, impossible - to find, process and return even a fraction of the illegal immigrant population. Whether you think it's 20 million or 200 million, finding them all is a physical and logistical impossibility.
2. A billion dollar wall the length of the Mexican border can be circumvented by a $20 ladder or a $10 spade. It would also require every soldier in the US army to patrol it for the rest of time. Then they'll just come in via Canada.
3. Big business doesn't want illegals gone. Neither do farmers or construction companies. Or Walmarts.
4. Amnesty, path to citizenship and guest worker programs are all viable ways of dealing with the issue, even if you hate them.
So my question is, if you don't like any of the solutions yet offered by politicians by both main parties, what's your solution?
'Round them all up' isn't a solution as it's not even remotely do-able. So imagine that you actually have responsibility for a workable, sane strategy to deal with illegal immigration.
What is it? I'm all ears.

4 AnswersMovies1 decade agoWhat's a good area in Koh Chang for a family holiday?
I'm looking for recommendations - not necessarily for a hotel - but for what parts of Koh Chang are best for a couple with children.
I suppose I'm looking for (a) not a party town, full of nightclubs, (b) some touristy things to do (elephant rides, parks) (c) a few shops for souvenirs (d) and yes, beautiful but not-too-busy beaches.
Thanks in advance!
