  • Can you get a ticket for driving to close to a cop?

I got pulled over for driving to close to this cop. Of course I had no idea it was a cop car just an all black charger with no stickers or police rims on tires. So I want to know is that a valid reason.

  • Foreclosed Homes? Owned by bank?

I am trying to get into real estate and the first thing someone told me to do is look for forclosed homes. He says they are dirt cheap.", especially those owned by the bank. My question is where do you find these homes that are so cheap I've looked on the Internet and I they are the same price as regular homes. So could someone point me into the right direction.

  • i need some serious advice?

Although it is easy to be one over the internet please try to reframe yourself from being an a hole plz and thx.

I am a 20 year old community college student who works for a fortune 500. I currently make $10 an hour part time but the next position makes $20 an hour. 9 months into that position the pay is 35k a year then after that is 60k then after that is 100k so the celling at my job is pretty high but in order to move up to the next position i would have to become full time and i do not want to become that person who left school because of a good paying job but then gets laid off years later so in efforts to avoid being broke i thought about getting into real estate. i plan on saving money for the next 2 to 3 years and also learning the business of real estate and then buy individual townhomes or maybe a actual homes for the right price (i live in houston and the cost of living is real cheap). 3 to 4 years down the line i plan on moving to connecticut WITH my fortune 500 company job to pursue my dream as a writer. Why CT because it is an hour away from NYC I do not plan to live in NYC just on my off days from work i would try to find someone publish my work. i found many apts in CT for $900 or less and being full time (i would get a cost of living increase so i would make around 22 or 23 an hour then my 35k) i would make enough. My mother who once had her own business in 06 but lost it due to the recession would run my real estate while im gone (clearly i would still be in charge just to make sure it doesn't fall). If all else fails in CT i could just simply move back to Houston with my fortune 500 company (who are always open to people moving and relocating btw) So my question is do you see any holes in my plans? i know i will have to "pay dues" to get what i want but and it will take time but i just need some critical advice from some old heads and like i said if you see any holes feel free to point them out.

  • Do you see any holes in my plan?

First off if you are one of those people who strongly believe in getting a degree is more important than anything please don't comment (do you even work in the field you have your degree in?)

Ok i am 20 year old community college student with a top fortune 500 job. right now i make $10 an hour part time the next position makes 20 then after that is 60k a year than after that is 100k a year, so the ceiling at my job is pretty high. But i don't want to be that person who left college for a good job but then ends up getting fired years later and has no degree then can never find a job. So i came up with the plan to get into real estate but in doing that i would have to continue to live with my mother in oder to save money so i could buy individual townhomes then end up renting them out and still keep that job i have. After that which would probably end up taking 2 maybe 3 years of my life i plan on moving to connecticut with my job to pursue my dream as a writer. Why ct because its an hour away from NYC which is every writers dream land. I would just have my mother or friend keep my townhomes in check.

I just need a little advice from some old heads and if you see some holes in my plan feel free to point them out

  • Why does "deep thinking" change who you are?

My question is why did everything change?

I went from being an athletic, charismatic, outgoing individual to a socially awkward, misunderstood and most of all lonely. But in a weird way I like it, I feel comfortable, I feel like I am now the creator of my storms and sunshine, but why do I like it? Why have I decided to give up sports to become a writer? Why has all this "deep thinking" changed who i once was?

  • What are some anime's like Afro Samurai?

I'm not really into anime because they can be a little to cheesy for me but Afro samurai was a bit more dark and taken a lot more serious so either some like Afro samurai or dark anime's would be helpful

    Thanks.

  • Is this what life is?

Lately I've been having this weird feeling, this feeling I call "It's just my turn" I feel as if it's just my turn to live in this thing we call life. I get up go to class then go to work then soon it'll be just wake up go to work then come back home. I don't want to be just another person in the cycle, but what can a person do? Am I just a young person who is curios? If so why do people give up on being curios and become slaves to society? I am grateful for everything I have but I think to myself is this it? Am I just a soul in this repeated cycle called life? I didn't ask to be born I was just put here and told to live? I just want to know how to coupe with these feelings and and thoughts, they will never go away and I highly doubt a doctor can help me. So if there is anyone who is going or gone through a similar stage please give me some advice.
