I just started playing soccer 2 months ago..I suck I've never played..but I love it so I want to get better.

I'm taking it pretty serious..I go run, Weight lifting, plyometrics..but I want to do some yoga or pilates as well..I think it will help me a lot

So my question is what is the best dvd out there for a male athlete? I have I huge problem with flexability..so hopefull something that will help with that.

Let me know wat has worked for you? And a before and after of the results.

By what little I know about car I'm assuming the fuel injectors are cloged or something

My truck is a 1996 dodge ram 1500 V8 5.2

The problem started a few days ago.

1st when it runs it smells like gas big time..but its not leaking...2nd the motor shakes...not all the time tho...if when I'm stoped it dosent shake(not hard enought to feel it anyways) when I take off or give it significant gas it dosent shake..it shakes when ever I keep a steady speed..like on the freeway if imcrusing at 55 it will shake...but if I let of the gas or give it more gas to speed up orpass someone it will stop..untill I cruse again.

So what do you think the problem is?? And what's the best way to fix it??? My father and I arentmechanics but we can do most easy to moderate jobs on the truck..hopefully its not a big job..but if it is how much do you think it would cost to fix?

Oh and plz don't say go to a mechanic...that's kinda why I'm asking here...that's wat yahoo answers is for..if you cant help...don't....there are plenty of people here who do actually help out.

Oh and I already put fuel injector cleaner...dint work.

ok so I want to change the engine and trasmission oil..the engine oil is no prob for me as far as changing it...but with kind should I use???? Its an old engine with a lot of miles fo the tickest right,?? 50-20???? How much does it use???

Now the trasmission oil is another deal...I dint find a drain so I guess I have to remove the whole pan??? How much does it use??? Witch kind???? Do I clean out the pan??? Does it need silicone besides the gasket???

I'm not a mechanic or anything close to that..I've changed motor oil a bunch of times..but any idiot can do that..I was thinking if its to hard it would be best to do the oil change myself an take it to have the trans oil changed at a shop...how much do you think it would cost..times are hard..money istight..lol..

its a1998 Chevy 350 vortex 5.7 liter motor. The motor needs new head gaskets???

This weekend I'm going to start my search for a used truck...I plan on using it as a work truck...and I'm lookkin for something in th 97-02 range. I been looking on craigslist and I already have a few lined up...I don't trust used car delerships because my uncle does autoglass and I work with him sometimes so I seen the before and after..jaja

Ok so what should I be looking out for???? As far a miles/year what's a good ratio??? Obiously I'm going to b looking for oil leaks, and I'm going to check the oil and tire tread. The alinement makes sure it drives straight....along those lines what else do you recomend???? Wat are some sings of a good or bad engine or transmition...also when I tesst drive it.. Ill be at each truck for 10-15 minutes so I need to used my time wisely

Every single truck I'm going to look at is going to have a clear title. That's the first thing I ask for.

Ok I know it all depends on the truck and the engine and they are not all the same..ill give you some examples...there are a few 97-02 Rams, and F-150...with nice desent bodys..clean titles but eay to many miles.give or take what would it cost to put a new(newer) engine in it...

Also I like silverados and sierras the most...even as old as 93s are nice looking.

Another question besides the price would be....Can you put a newer engine in it...cause you would assuem all engines from 1993 are have a bunch of miles....so can you put like a 98 or 99 engine in one???

Some of these truck are goiing for 1500 to 2500. And I seen a few as low as 5-600 with no engine or trans...

Ok basically I started running 3 weeks ago..I was starting to get real chunkyso I had to act fast...I actuallydo enjoy it.

Ok I'm 5'10 and 190 I think. Right now I'm running 2 miles every other day....very little I know I know but my goal is to run 4 miles daly...eventually I think in 2 months is a good time.

The first time I ran I almost died and I count run for the next 3 days..the second time I was sore for 2 day...littleby little I'm getting beter I'm at the piont were I'm goin to start runnin everyday. My breathin is starting to get a lot better now. I can go maybe a mile and a half before I have to start breathing with my mouth.yes I do streach but imnot flexible at all I can barely touch my toes

Ok so wat kind of advice can you give me???? Breathing tips, streaching tips, anything helps

I just wanna do eveything the right way...and its not all about losing the weight..the thought about been in good shape is wat modivates me most.like o said I do enjoy it...also do you recomend taking any suppliments??? Vitamins, iron??? Anything I can get at GNC???
