Is it possible for a client to hack into the computers of a cell network provider? I am writing a fiction book?
I am writing a novel. In the story, a fascist government is using trackers to monitor and suppress people. The trackers are connected to the government's computers by GSM or GPRS. In my story, the protagonist has to hack into the government's computers. Is it theoretically possible to use sniffing, spoofing etc on newtork that uses GSM or GPRS? Or are these methods only used in WiFi hacking?
