My homework website only accepts answers in interval notation so I'm stuck on how to input some of my answers.

Why is German such a frequently used language in anime? Songs like Jiyuu no Tsubasa (Attack on Titan) and Bios (Guilty Crown) have German lyrics and anime such as Elfen Lied and Gantz have titles that directly translate in German. (Elf Song) I don't see any anime with French or Spanish songs or titles, but why is it that I see so many German stuff?

What are your thoughts? Take into account the popularity, niche, if it had a good hook at the end of first season, regional popularity etc. Just because an anime was popular or was really good, doesn't always mean that it will generate the most income.

Three anime that I don't think would work: (this is just my opinion)

Death Note (HUGE SPOILER): just like when a lot of people lost interest after L died, less people would want to watch it after the main character died. The fact that it would have to be a completely new story would be a huge turnoff.

Highschool of the Dead: wasn't very successful in Japan so it would have a big hit on sales even though its extremely popular in North America.

Rahxephon: Although its a great anime, not too much people know about it or watched it so it might not generate as much revenue. Plus its been a while since its release.

Just curious on people's opinions on this topic. Also it doesn't hurt to leave a short explanation why you chose a particular anime.

Time is one of my favorite songs, not only because of the awesome guitar, but because I think it had one of the best lyrics of any pop/rock song to date. Also it relates to me in a lot of ways. Its about how we take time for granted and how a couple of years can pass by without notice until its too late. So do you know any other songs that might have a similar meaning? If its another Pink Floyd song its a bonus. Thanks.

I just read chapter 700 of One Piece and it had to be one of the best chapters I've read in a while. It had so much information and Buggy being a shichibukai now (with the epithet "Living Legend" lol) literally made my day. So who do you think is going to be the next two shichibukai?

I personally think its going to be Bonney because she was seen being captured by Akainu before the timeskip but is now a free person after the timeskip meaning that something happened between them. And so far no one else besides Luffy and friends(and Shiki if you count him) has escaped from Impel Down so it is possible she made a deal to become a shichibukai.

Its my grade 11 year in high school and i'm planning to run for school president. Does anyone have any creative ideas that will get people to recognize me and eventually vote for me? I remember some past presidential candidates had some really creative ideas and I want to top that. One person made a gigantic poster of himself almost as big as the school wall and stuck it on the school entrance. He won. Another guy had a flash mob in the school and went around every lunch break with a saxophone and a cape that had said to vote for him. He won too. Any ideas? The more original the better. Thanks!

I can't seem to change my display picture on yahoo answers. The picture on the my activity section of answers and my yahoo profile changes perfectly fine, but the display picture doesn't seem to match the picture i uploaded and stays this smiley face. (the picture i uploaded is under 5mb and is a square) I do not want to change it to an avatar and please don't copy and paste answers because i have posted this question many times before and every one just pastes stuff i already know without properly understanding my problem. Its not a time issue either because I had this problem for a couple of months now. Thanks for the help!
