  • New Job for lower pay?

I work in IT and have been offered a Job at another company which salary is £5000 less then what I'm currently earning. I have done a list of pros and cons to try work out if its worth taking the drop in pay.

PROS at my current job are

    Salary

    Flexible Hours

New Different Projects ( new clients)

    No probation period

    PROS at New job

    Great Team on first impression

    Training

Potential to earn more over time

    Fast expansion, well recognized

CONS at my current job are

    Poor Organisational Structure

Can be Ridiculous Dead Lines (contact work)

No real opportunity to move up

    CONS at new job are

    More Responsibility

    24/7 support

    Further Travel into Work

    Probation period

Need a new car for Travel

I'm really struggling to decide if its worth the move. Has anyone done a similar move in their career for less pay and has it paid off? Any thoughts or comments would be grateful.

  • Thrush treatment - Miconazole cream?

Does anyone know anything about Miconazole Nitrate 2%? I picked it up at the pharmacy for treatment of vaginal thrush, it has no instructions inside the box and all it says on the side is "for treatment of tinea, athlete's foot, ringworm and thrush infections of the skin". Does this mean it can be used for vaginal thrush? Don't feel entirely comfortable using something that has no instructions and says it can also treat athlete's foot!

  • Which telescope would suit me?

I am just getting into astronomy, and absolutely fascinated about the things I am learning on a daily basis. I would like to get a starter telescope and would be able to spend about £120 on it, does anyone have any suggestions on what would be best for me to view planets, double starts and possibly astrophotography?
