A colleague of mine used a generator at home to turn on his air-conditioning due to a power outage. Stupidity but yeah, it happens. It released gas (I'm assuming carbon monoxide) that knocked him unconscious. He was found hours later by a friend who rushed him to the hospital. Admitted on Monday, discharged on Thursday because his wife (illogical) insisted. She brought him to a HOTEL, not a hospital, for further treatment. The last time another colleague of mine saw him on Friday, his skin was yellowish and swollen, and he was of course, still weak. When I saw him on Monday, he could converse and was still in a blur and seemed weak but generally okay at the hospital. Heard that he is being left at home alone with no one to look after him in his village in another state. Don't ask. Long story. His wife ignores our calls and texts. If left to his own devices, can his body work through the toxins in his system? We are all concerned but feel helpless.

Our emcee will be dedicating meaningful individual phrases from the bride (me) and the groom to our respective families. This will be hosted by the bride's family; the groom's is on the following day. The thing is I'm very close to my family and would like to do this to show my appreciation to them but he isn't close to his. Should I omit his section entirely so he doesn't have to do his and I thank my new family instead? Suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Do you charge your clients upfront or do you take a deposit? I would be more comfortable with the former (per word count) but I'm not sure if I should charge as per the original document or the edited document.

I'd be grateful if you could share some tips with me. :) If a client wants to pay me via Pay Pal, is my email address (as registered with my Pay Pal account) all he needs? Also, I read that Pay Pal charges you for each transaction - is there a way for me to bypass this?

Part of me wants to be a witch and decline not only because it's a work day tomorrow and the day after but also because I allocated time to meet them (I knew the overseas relatives are here) last Sunday but the meet-up didn't happen. They know that I work and stay far from their house and it's a weekday; the reason I am somewhat annoyed is because I purposely left plans empty on Sunday in case they were available. Because of this, I feel like I am low on their "hierarchy" and want to decline this time to show them that my time is equally important and that they should be more considerate next time. Yet, another part of me wants to be kind and just go (and not overthink things) although I was planning to have some time to myself. My boyfriend wants me there but he knows this is last minute and as such, has left this decision up to me. What are your thoughts?

For my first project ever, I'm wondering if I can paint on tiles, break them and reassemble them again for that mosaic effect? I haven't come across websites that offer guidance on that (please share if you know any).

Also, for my second small project, I would like to know how to adhere a glue adhesive to a photo print (and what material do I print the photo on if I go to a photo printing shop?) on tiles.

I don't fully believe we all can be pinned so neatly into these types - I'm just curious. :) Would love elaborate descriptions if possible.
