my daughter is one year old i noticed that she walks on the inside edge of her feet so i took her to the doctor he said it is a flat feet case no need to worry about just get her a supporting shoes . i just need to know if any of u experienced the same ? and does it last or disappear by time .. thnx

What would you do if your live in nanny was making international calls during her working hours without ur permission ?

she is allowed to use the phone to call the Philippines and i dont ask her to pay her bill bcoz she is taking a good care of my 9 months baby ,but when i was checking my mobile LOG today I've noticed that she's making calls during my absence and she delete the history from the dialled option on the phone ! she denied when i asked her when am sure about it .. she lied to me !

What should I say to her? i feel she is not honest , i want to let her go , am afraid give her the baby i dont trust her anymore
