The admin manager wants to review departments as a whole rather than individual reviews. There are four departments, some have 2 employees, some have 4. But all departments, of course, have differing levels of staff and responsibilities.

My 6 adult (20 to 30 yr old) kids want to have a sibling gift exchange as a way to receive more meaningful and needed gifts. Rather than smaller gifts that might be less useful or desired. We came up with the siblings only gift exchange and has worked out great for the past two years. No one else is in this exchange - no aunts, parents, grandparents, etc.

Now, one daughter is married and wants her husband in the exchange. He is well loved but the other siblings don't want to include him in the gift exchange. They have given him gifts in past, but not at same price level as their exchange - $120.

Is it ok to leave the new brother in law out of the exchange?
