funky icon looking stuff and messanger will not load in mail

A school cop dragged my 7 year old boy across the carpet because he wouldn't go to class, after i went and got my son from school, my son had a scrape on his knee and his jeans were ripped,my boy said the cop dragged him on the carpet,so when i got home i called the police,they asked me what the incident was, i told them what my son told me,they asked his name and school,then said they would send a squad over,but they never showed up,im scared that if i do make a report now or try to again,that they will pick on my kids at school,this all started after the school cop gave me a ticket at the school Christmas program,i called and left him a dirty message,then after school vacation,my kids returned to school and now my 7 year old hates school and is scared to go to school,im real scared for my kids safety now, can any one help me ?

Like is there 40,000 higher ups, and if so,are the higher ups in control of our govt, or are they the u s govt ? sorry if i didn't head line this right,but im me,an american.all views on this topic are open ?

im not sure how ill give best answer on this ? just want a few views on this,is it now if at all,or is it near,id like the View from some people on yahoo or online in general just to see what we the people think of this.
