Can someone tell me the necessary steps I have to take in order to get my concealed weapons license in the state of California, city of San Francisco?

If anyone has one in my city or has one period how hard is it to obtain it? What legal documentation did you have to provide? How much did it cost? Any and all information is appreciated.

In my original post I asked if I should switch my 5 month old almost 4 pound puppy back to Orijen Puppy Formula since switching him to Merrick Puppy Plate. His stools are really .. weird. In the morning they are firm and very dark in color, I would say a dark brown that is almost black but in the evening he has diarrhea which is sandy and a light brown hue to it. Could it be that he is digesting the grains in Merrick slower and that's why he poops the sand grains out as diarrhea at night?

Once again, should I switch him back to Orijen or is there something grainless you suggest? I am very worried about the high protein content in Orijen, 42%.

Also, my puppy seems to not like being held anymore. he tries to wiggle out of peoples hand when they pick him up, he doesn't like me cuddling him and he doesn't give me kisses like he use to. Does he not love me anymore?

Last question, I spend every second with my puppy since he is still young and needs the supervision not to mention the love and affection but I take him to the dog park every single day for at least an hour but on nicer days 3 hours and I walk him home from the dog park which is another 6 blocks, is he getting enough exercise?

Also, I don't think he is digesting the grains because he poops it back out in tiny pieces ( the size of a very small grain of sand ) which is also how it looks in the food.

Should I switch him back to Orijen? Is the high protein level something I should be concerned with because he is so small (about 3 1/2 to 4 pounds )? If I switch back to Orijen can I keep him on it even through adult hood? I really don't like to keep switching the food, I would like to find one GREAT brand and just have to switch him over to a adult formula when he gets old enough. What should I do?

I have a Maltipoo puppy that turned 5 months old on 8/17, I was wondering at what age will he reach his full adult weight and when specifically will he stop gaining weight and instead start to "fill out"? The reason I am asking is because I have him on Orijen Puppy Formula but I don't know if it is the high protein content in his kibble that is making him gain weight or if it his him slowly growing out of puppy hood.

FYI: He has put on about 3/4 of a pound in a little over a month which makes him about 3 1/2 pounds now.

Yes, I have taken him to the vet. I took him to get a complete check up and to get meds for his kennel cough.

I only have photos of him after I gave him his first bath.
