  • dont know how to use 2006 cadillac cts remote start or if it has one?

Ok here's my question, i just bought a pre owned 2006 cadillac cts and my little sister asked to use it, but when she got home age tells me the car won't shut off, so i said what do you mean she says she pressed the lock button twice on the remote and the car started, so long story short it finally shut off after about 10 minutes, so i start playing with the remote and finally get it to start again, and more this time i can't get it to shut off i unlock the doors hit the brake, nothing, put the key input it in drive move it put in park take the key out but damn car is still on, so my cousin that happens to with at a car lot, tells me just hit the alarm button twice, bam hes right it shuts right off, now all i have is the four button remote, but obiusly the car has remote start function so my question is how do i use it properly and also is there a remote i can buy with the start button on it i only received the one from the dealer thanks for the answers

  • whats the Best approach to weight lifting is more better or is there a such thing as overkill?

Ok i have a bit of a long question. I just started my diet again wich involves dropping bread, pasta, rice, fried food, and anything not water.(is this diet good?)

Ok so i have been weight lifting for like a year on and off but my question is my routine overkill or is more better?

icurrently do cardio on a stationary bike 6 days a week and weight lift 6 days a week so my routine is something like, Mon 40-45 minutes cardio then about 1:00-1:30 weights abs, arms, chest , Tues the same exepct legs, back, shoulers, wed etc,

So im trying to build more muscle not a lot just some more i have seen results as my arms are way bigger then when i started, but what im wondering is how much should i work one area per exercise session for example on mondays ill do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of preacher curl then do some weight assisted crunches then il do push ups, then il do a little work on fore arms then il do triceps, then il probably go to biceps again but not preacher curls ,these will be standing, with free weights, then il probably bench press i do these on a machine so i do variations of them 3sets wide 3 sets hands closer togther etc, then i do this punching exercise on a cable machine wich works my triceps again then i do crunches on a machine. and thats probably it

So my question is this overkill does over exercising certain areas such as biceps as i do about atotal 8 sets (not all the same) dwarf my muscle gains. or is more better

    Thanks
