  • Motherboard help pls?

help me figure out this mistery.

    before...

    i had a ESC motherboard LGA775

    1GB of ram

PSU was a piece of SH*T

    350Wpsu

later on this failed mother board dead. diagnose P4 connection shorts out PSU (the 4 pins next to the cpu)

when i connect the psu completely and try to turn on the psu protects it self by using a safe shut off.

well when i disconnect the P4 it turns on but there is obviously no video and no prossesing.

this has happend with a bunch of mobos

right now it did it with an MSI G31TM-P21

im thinking it my CPU Pentium D 2.80Ghz 2MB Cache 800Ghz bus

    it might be deffective .

please help me solve how this could happen?

if any how can i repair my mobo?

im sure its not my PSU its new and its a ULTRA LSP 450W

-Thank you for your time :)
