I really want to start a running routine again. I was pretty good about it earlier in the summer but lately I just haven't wanted to. I'm going to play soccer in the fall and the team jumps right into endless sprints and laps and I want to be at least slightly prepared. How can I get into running? And are there any exercises that would improve my running apart from running itself? Thanks!

I am writing a story based around a princess. I need a name that sounds sweet enough to be a likeable and relatable person, but also one that sounds like a leader. If you have suggestions for nicknames that would be much appreciated!

I have high anxiety so particularly right before I go to sleep I have just a little too much time to think and I get worried and can't sleep. Listening to music or tv shows helps me relax and fall asleep. Should I stop this? Sometimes in the night I will talk or do little things like plug in my phone to charge without waking up and on occasion I sleepwalk. Suggestions?

I am a fifteen year old girl and I am considering kickboxing classes. I just need a change of pace and it seems like a good stress reliever. I already play soccer, I know that that's pretty different, but I'm in relatively good shape because of it. So now to my question: what do I need to know about/what to expect from my first class? Nothing is set in stone yet, but I'm really excited! Also, I have marching band and soccer in the fall as well as musical in the winter, is all this manageable? Thanks!

Multiple times throughout my reading I have come across Lestat referencing this Savage Garden and comparing it to his existance as a vampire. He thought about it to himself and mentioned it to Gabrielle. I am having trouble understanding this meaning. I am to the part in the story where Marius's story is being told. My school is hosting a mini-THON. THON is a big party that raises millions of dollars to fund the research and cost of treatment for those with childhood cancer. I've been involved before, but only for middle school and it didn't go for as long, but I still struggled a little. It goes from 7 at night to 7 the next morning. Advice for staying up? For not getting grouchy? And my mom is concerned that I will get sick or not eat and drink enough, how can I ensure that that doesn't happen? Or at least get close to ensuring that? I am in my school's musical and as part of the choreography, I have to sit on a guy's knee. He bends down on his right knee and I am supposed to sit on the left. I am not a large girl at all, and he is much larger than me so I'm not worried that I will be to heavy, I'm just wondering how much weight I should place on him and how much I should support myself.
