For example, today my mom came home from work and saw that the curtains were not lifted in her room, and started yelling at me immediately for this. I said that I didn't know that it made a difference considering there is no one there. She continued yelling and said that the flowers required the light. I said that I did not consider that and it did not even occur to me and if I was informed beforehand I would have lifted the curtains. This is just today's example, I get yelled at everyday of my life but what I want to know is, is this the correct way to handle the situation as I argued that there is no need for yelling and swearing and treathening, because any problem I am certain can be resolved peacefully, through discussion and mutual understanding. What is your opinion?

How do you know that someone is crazy, who says what is crazy and what is normal?

Do you think that people made clubs such dancing clubs or martial art clubs or sports clubs for the sake of meeting other people more than for the sake of the activity itself?

I can see pros and cons to this, however what do you think? Is it good or bad? Or is the answer somewhere in between? Thank you for answering.

I've been here for quite some time and I see the same questions over and over and although asked by different people the answers are always the same. Before asking a question the website shows similar or identical questions that have already been asked so what is the point of doing this once again if you know that the answers will always be the same?

What I mean is without ulterior motives. Some marry one another for the financial benefit, others because they are afraid of being alone etc. Do you think that people can truly love and be loved? To be with someone because of who he/she is and not what they have. No matter how I view it, it seems impossible. There is always something to gain for your self thus motivating your selfishness putting the concept of love in a questionable position. I'd love to hear your opinions if you you would like to share them.

In the past, I thought that it just had to exist, but now I'm not so sure. The more I think about it the more inescapable the answer seems. What do you think?

Be selfish! Be selfish, and save a life, be selfish and raise an employee's salary, be selfish and don't throw your garbage wherever, because when you save a life you potentially gain a life long friend who will help you at all times, because when you raise an employees salary they will respect you more and potentially do their job better, because when you throw your garbage and the designated places you provide a cleaner area of habitat for yourself. I want you to be truly selfish!

Who determines what is humane and what isn't? There are those who are called "inhuman" for something they did or said. What makes one human or not to begin with?

Such as tai chi (ji) and qi gong.

There will be a technology that would allow for actual trasmutations (alchemy) to take place? For example turning any metal into gold, or water into wine etc.
