I have a great computer that is just three years old. I have upgraded to another computer and am getting a laptop, so obviously I don't need all this stuff.

How do I go about deleting my files? I know how to delete your regular stuff (letters, excel files, cookies and history), but I'm not sure where else files are hidden or might be rewritten or something. HELP!

My old computer is Windows XP if you need to know that.

My brother is 38 and I am 36. He has always been the "angry" big brother, picked on his entire childhood, and further antagonized by my other siblings. Since "crap" rolls down hill, I have always been the one and only to take what he dishes out. Every year there is one major blowup, and this one he drug my in-laws good names and my husband's name through the "vomit" of his angry mouth. My husband is done. My friend's have no clue why I hang around. I can't take it anymore, but I don't want to be left without family. He is my only full brother (the rest are half, foster, and are generations older than the two of us). I'm confused, scared, and don't know if there is a group out there like NA for family members of drug addicts - except for anger management problems - and the abuse family receives from that. I just need help in walking away from this - and I'm scared.
