Hello I am 21 years old. I started having pain on one side of my ribcage and when I looked in the mirror I noticed that my rib cage is uneven. I have also noticed from pictures that when I stand my posture is uneven as well. Could this be scoliosis?And if it is would it require treatment? Will my ribcage always be uneven? Or what else could this be? I will be going to a doctor for a checkup but I was just curious if anyone had similar experiences

I'm still young but it feels like my period cramps have gotten worse with age and it is only when my period starts for the first few hours that I experience severe pain. It's gotten to the point that I can't even stand, I have to lay down and this is such a burden to me because I am unable to go to work like this. I really don't lose much blood. I am sexually active so maybe this might contribute to it. What are ways to help lessen this pain every month?
